1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can vegetable soup
6 medium potatoes, sliced
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain out grease. Add cans of soup.
Slice raw potatoes into casserole. Pour soup/hamburger mixture over potatoes. Bake covered at 350° for 1-1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
(If short on time, sliced potatoes can be par-boiled and then put in casserole and it will be done in half the time.)
Serves 4 to 6.
