1 pound ground beef
2 onions, chopped (optional)
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup peas, liquid included (optional)
2 cups water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Brown together in a small amount of fat the meat, onions and celery. Combine all ingredients, place in a casserole, cover and bake two hours in moderate oven (325°). Serves six to eight.
