1 or 2 regular size cans of tuna
1 can favorite “cream of” soup
1/4 to 1/2 cup diced onion, sautéd in a little oil
2 or 3 slices soft white bread torn in small pieces
3 eggs
1-3/4 cup milk
1/2 bag of egg noodles (cooked al dente)
1-1/2 cups shredded cheese

Optional: Frozen mixed vegetables in an amount to your taste (thaw in some boiling water), or for other color, a jar of pimiento or sauté some diced red bell pepper.
Combine ingredients and bake in a greased 9×13 pan for an hour or until it seems done.
(REMEMBER, there are raw eggs in the recipe; it has to cook longer than the versions without raw eggs!)
