“Another family favorite!”
1 pound ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cups wide noodles, uncooked
3 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water

In large Dutch oven brown ground beef and onion. Place uncooked noodles on top of meat mixture. In a large bowl combine tomato juice, sour cream, salt, pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and water. Mix well. Pour over noodles taking care to moisten noodles well. Do not stir. Bring to boil. Turn heat low and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
