1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/3 cup black or green olives, sliced
4 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tube crescent rolls
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar or cojack cheese
Parmesan cheese
Crushed Fritos

1/3 cup black or green olives, sliced
4 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tube crescent rolls
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar or cojack cheese
Parmesan cheese
Crushed Fritos
Brown together ground beef and chopped onion. Add to that the tomato sauce, taco seasoning, olives, and mushrooms. Line pie pan with crescent rolls, pinch seams. Spoon in meat mixture, spread with sour cream, top with cheeses.
Bake at 375° for 20 – 25 minutes or until bubbly. You can then top with crushed Fritos or Tostitos and more cheese. Return to oven till cheese melts.
Serve with chopped tomato and lettuce, salsa or taco sauce.
