32 ounces spaghetti
16 eggs
2-2/3 cups grated Parmesan
8 tablespoons butter/margarine
8 cups low fat cottage cheese
4 pounds ground beef
4 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped green pepper
6-8 cups spaghetti sauce
4 cups shredded mozzarella

For crust, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Combine 8 eggs, Parmesan cheese, and margarine. Stir in hot spaghetti. Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of large, shallow baking pans.
Drain cottage cheese; combine with 8 eggs. Spread over crust. Set aside. In large skillets, cook meat, onion, and green pepper till meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Heat through. Spoon over cottage cheese mixture. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake about 5 minutes more or till cheese melts and crust sets. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
