4 chicken breasts, flattened
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on chicken breast. Roll and secure with 2 toothpicks. Dip in mustard, then brown sugar. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with nuts. Baste occasionally.
Bake 1-1/2 hours at 300°.
