1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice

Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Add other ingredients. Place in 1-1/2 to 2 quart casserole and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 350°.
This is good for potlucks when baked ahead, refrigerated, and then reheated until hot.
