Meatballs:
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
3/4 cup milk (or half milk + half evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

Sauce:
1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Dash liquid smoke
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Dash liquid smoke
2 tablespoons sugar
Mix meatball ingredients thoroughly and form in balls. Place in small roasting pan or Dutch oven. DO NOT FRY.
Preheat oven to 325°.
Mix together sauce ingredients, and pour over meatballs; cover. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
Makes 30 meatballs.
