Virtual Church Basement Yoga

We can’t congregate, so here’s the next best thing! Bring Church Basement Yoga to your home! We’re meeting via Zoom, a platform that allows us to see and hear one another. Mondays @ 5:30p ~ online through Zoom
If you have never used Zoom before, you will need to set up an account. If you’re using your computer, go to www.zoom.us. If you are using your phone or tablet, go to your App store on your device and download Zoom Cloud Meetings. All of this is free and not difficult. Before your meeting time, contact Elisabeth and she will send you a link to the meeting and let you know how to join.
These classes are open to all (capped at 100) & are pay what you are able (suggested donation for $10 through Venmo @ElisabethPletcher).
