Sunday Worship on the Lawn

Join us out front on the church lawn for worship this week, weather permitting. We’re continuing a summer worship series that Pastor Kris helped put together for Camp Wapo—Just Love. Pastor Steve Delzer is preaching this week on the theme, “Right What’s Wrong.” The scripture text is the story of the Good Samaritan from Luke 10:25-37.

Our musicians this week are Annika Coyle, with Kim Bretheim on cello and Julie Urban on piano. Gregg Kelley is our lector.

Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. We will be social distancing by family. Masks are optional—you may choose to wear one, if you wish. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Remember, not everyone may be fully vaccinated, including children under 12.

You don’t need to sign up to attend, but you will be asked to sign in when you arrive. This is for contact tracing in the case of a Covid outbreak, so we ask everyone attending to sign in. Worship will include congregational singing (everything will be printed in the bulletin), and we will be serving coffee and donuts after!
