Sunday Worship
April 16, 2023 / 10:00 am – 11:00 am CDT
Join us for worship this Sunday at 10:00 am, as we move through the season of Easter. Pastor Steve Delzer is preaching this week, and we will also celebrate Holy Communion during our in-person worship.
The text for this Sunday is Jesus’ “Great Commission” (Matthew 28:16-20). What does the Great Commission mean for us 21st century followers of Jesus? Jesus is calling us to see the presence God in all people, even if they aren’t aware of it. We’re called to help others see the depth of God’s love for them, shown so powerfully in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, and then to help them—teach them—to see all the ways that God is at work in the world and in their lives. The Easter message and the Great Commission is one of “Life Together” in God’s love.
Mask wearing is optional within the church building, including during worship. You can mask or not mask, depending on your level of comfort, but please follow the latest CDC guidance if you recently have had COVID.
Not comfortable or unable to worship in person? Don’t worry! You’re invited to join us for worship online premiering at 10:00 am on our YouTube channel and Facebook page.
