“I was a stranger and you welcomed me.” We’re putting a face to the plight of immigrants in our country, with the sharing of personal stories by those who have come here looking for a better life. We will experience first hand the challenges that face immigrants who are here with and without documentation. Speakers will include members of the Engelsgaard family from Nokomis Heights and Kenzer Hodgson Hammond, a student at Normandale Community College. Open to the public. Coffee and treats will be served.
