Online Yoga

Yoga has moved to virtual only until further notice. Taught by E-RYT200 Curvy Yoga instructor & NHLC member Elisabeth Pletcher, the classes are open to all & are pay what you are able (suggested donation: $15-$20 through Venmo @ElisabethPletcher). You will need your own mat and props. Contact Elisabeth at curvyyogampls@gmail.com for the Zoom code. She will be happy to answer any of your questions too!
