NHLC Book Club

This month’s book selection is And the Pursuit of Happiness by author/illustrator Maira Kalman. Energized and inspired by the 2008 elections, Kalman travels to Washington DC, launching a year long investigation of American democracy and its workings. The result is an artist’s idiosyncratic vision of history and contemporary politics. Everyone is invited to join the conversation!
