You’re invited to join together virtually in a guided lovingkindness meditation through ZOOM. Elisabeth Pletcher will give a brief intro into the benefits of meditation and Metta and will lead a 20-minute guided meditation for all Nokomis Heights members, friends, and others in our community. At a time when we are experiencing unprecedented stress, give yourself the gift of time to find out a bit more about how mindfulness might be helpful in your own life! We will open immediately following church basement yoga around 6:30 and begin our meditation at 6:45. Email Elizabeth for the Zoom link.
