Church Courtyard Yoga
August 30, 2021 / 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm CDT
In-person yoga has begun again for people who are fully vaccinated! Taught by E-RYT200 Curvy Yoga instructor & NHLC member Elisabeth Pletcher, the classes are open to all & are pay what you are able (suggested donation: $15-$20 through Venmo @ElisabethPletcher). The mask-optional class will meet at 5:30 pm in the Courtyard. Please bring your own mat and props. And the church has purchased a privacy screen so don’t worry about the new location—people won’t be watching you or walking through!
