Church Basement Yoga

In-person yoga has begun again for people who are fully vaccinated! Taught by E-RYT200 Curvy Yoga instructor & NHLC member Elisabeth Pletcher, the classes are open to all & are pay what you are able (suggested donation: $15-$20 through Venmo @ElisabethPletcher). The mask-optional class meets at 5:30 pm not in the basement or the Courtyard, but in the newly refurbished Choir Room upstairs! Please bring your own mat and props.
