Adult Forum: Carolyn Washington, Program Manager, Nest Program

We welcome Carolyn Washington, Program Manager for the Family Enhancement Center’s Nest Program, located at 48th and Chicago, to Adult Forum this week. The Nest Program supports families struggling with child management issues, by matching a volunteer parent mentor with a family. This trained mentor helps parents identify child and parent strengths, grow their social and parenting skills, learn behavioral and emotional de-escalation techniques and connect parents with community resources. Please join us in Fellowship Hall at 9:00 am to learn about this important resource in our community.
