2018 Book Club Reading List
The list of books chosen at the end-of-year book club meeting has been posted on the bulletin board outside the library. Copies of the list are available on a table in the library, along with the list of “must reads” that didn’t make the list but are recommended. The January selection is Liberty’s Torch: The Great Adventure to Build the Statue of Liberty by Elizabeth Mitchell. We will discuss the book on Thursday, January 25 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courtyard. This year’s list features a visit to the Minneapolis Institute of Art for a book-related tour in April, to go along with the reading of Yaa Gyasi’s Homegoing: A Novel. Watch for more information to come!
